These heavy duty X-Ray and metal detector thermoform test cards are built for verifying the proper functioning of your foreign body contaminant prevention system in wet, humid, and hot environments. Each card is constructed with food grade polyethylene (PETG) that forms a tight, solid structure around the metal to protect against wear and tear in harsh environments. The material is approved for food contact by the FDA and USDA.

The cards are mostly clear so you can easily see through them to their environment, and each one includes a color coded highlighted border for easy visual identification of the contaminant it contains. A Certificate of Conformity is included with purchase, with the reference number engraved on the test piece for easy identification. For a lighter weight X-Ray only format, see the laminated X-Ray test cards, and aluminum standards are collected in the aluminum collection.
