Delivery Policy

Orders placed with Blue Supply Company ship prepaid and the shipping charges are then invoiced to you.

UPS or a common carrier will be used to deliver your order. Blue Supply Company will select the lowest reasonable cost option that still provides an appropriate delivery timeframe.

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once an order leaves our facility, however, it is in the carrier's control. Blue Supply Company is not responsible for delays in delivery that are caused by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

Customers have 30 days to return products that did not meet their needs.

Any stock item purchased from Blue Supply Company may be returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in resellable condition, meaning there is no cosmetic wear or damage that would prevent Blue Supply Company from reselling the item. Items that include consumable material, such as pens with ink, must show only minimal use.
  • The original packaging or container is included.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to Blue Supply Company.
  • Items returned due to confirmed defects will be reimbursed for both the product cost and reasonable return shipping charges after inspection and confirmation of the defect.

To arrange a return and obtain an RMA number, contact us at Service@BlueSupplyCompany.com or call 1-562-386-2723. Please write the RMA number and your order number on the outside of the return box.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for products that have been returned in accordance with the Return Policy above. After we receive the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the order.

Typical processing time is about 10 bank business days from the time the refund is initiated.

Pricing Policy

Blue Supply Company is committed to providing competitive pricing. From time to time, prices may change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

Performance of Products

We source high quality products to support your production needs. Detectability information provided in our product data sheets is based on testing performed in controlled environments using the manufacturers' own equipment. These values are guidelines only.

Because every manufacturing environment is different, we cannot guarantee that products will perform identically in your facility. We strongly recommend performing your own detectability testing to confirm that the products meet your requirements.

Blue Supply Company does not accept responsibility for how products perform in your production environment. The buyer is responsible for determining acceptable and appropriate use of all products and should not rely solely on information provided by Blue Supply Company when making that determination.
