These high performance 20 inch X-Ray and metal detector test whips, sometimes referred to as flexi test sticks, are built for verifying the proper functioning of your foreign body contaminant prevention system. Each whip is constructed from a 1/2 x 3 inch Delrin handle with a flexible 1/4 inch wide polyethylene tube that houses the contaminants. The long flexible tail ensures easy handling and retrievability in long and tight environments.
The Delrin handle is made from a nearly indestructible material to ensure pieces are unable to break off, and the material is approved for food contact by the FDA and USDA. A Certificate of Conformity is included with purchase, with the reference number engraved on the test piece for easy identification. Rigid formats are also available, including X-Ray and metal detector test wands and the test cylinders collection.
