Our Metal Detectable Palm Scrapers are an excellent multi-use tool available in three thicknesses. The specially formulated hardened polypropylene meets all requirements for high impact food contact, and that impact resistance fights against pieces breaking away and getting into food. If a piece somehow does, the plastic features dual detectability so it can be caught by any foreign body contaminant prevention system.
The single moulded construction eliminates germ traps, while added anti-microbial properties protect the tool itself. When you need extra flex with rounded edges for curved surfaces, the flexi-palm scrapers are the natural companion.
