The BST Detectable Hard Depanner Cups are rigid, heavy-lifting suction cups built to handle larger bakery items like loaves of bread. The heat and speed of industrial bakery lines create inevitable wear on the silicone suction cups riding your depanner belts. These cups are made of a rigid silicone infused with a ferromagnetic detectable additive, evenly distributed so that when a piece breaks away, your metal detection systems catch it before it leaves the plant.
Each cup has a 14mm hole designed to fasten securely with the BST single hex retaining clips and double decker retaining clips. Running a full changeover? We can also build a custom detectable depanner belt to your line's specifications.
